Disclosure of Records Scheduled for Discussion at Open Meetings

The Open Meetings Law in NY State now requires that proposed resolutions, laws, rules, regularions, and policies be made available to the publis prior to or at the meeting. More info here and a Q&A is here, and the full law is here
