In Includes->MySQLLogin.php replace:

$DB_User - yourSQLUserID
$DB_Password - yourSQLPassword
$DB_Host - yourHost (localhost for the local computer)
$DB_Name - mashups_sql if you are naming the database as the example; otherwise the database name
