GSA moving ahead with Cloud-First Policy

Marjorie Censer reports in the Washington Post about the move by the General Services Administration (GSA) to move its 17,000 email accounts to a Gmail-based email system. It's the first government agency to make the transition to the policy announced recently  by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The significance is not just the government's move in and of itself (it is predicted to cost less than half the current system) but it also helps to spur the concept through the technology world.
